Our job doesn’t just stop when the printers do. We also offer a complete finishing and fulfilment service, which means we can assemble, package, dispatch and deliver your finished print work direct to your clients. Our highly skilled and experienced team offer a safe pair of hands and exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and secure process. Our finishing and fulfilment service can be included as part of your existing print job or arranged as an individual stand-alone service. Many of clients enjoy the peace of mind and time savings this allows, keeping all their print collateral in one place throughout the job from start to finish.

All our presses have Anilox coating systems which meters the amount of water-based seal that is applied to the printed sheet, providing consistent results throughout the run. Silk coating is our most popular finish but can also provide Gloss and Neutral. For added protection especially on covers we can supply UV Varnish

Seals and Varnishes

Laminating, we generally laminate with Gloss and Matt films, we can offer Soft touch and Anti-scuff Matt and Silk but they are more expensive.

Laminating

Our comprehensive range of finishing services include creasing, cutting, scoring, folding, gathering and saddle stitching. We also offer perfect binding, including a PUR option. This method of binding uses Polyurethane Reactive glue to gives the most flexible and durable bind to softcover books.

Finishing & Binding

We have the equipment and the team to assemble your mailer, package your finished print collateral, apply the relevant postage and despatch and deliver direct to your clients securely, ensuring your print gets to the right price at the right time. Outsourcing this service will save you space and time, with the added benefit of keeping your print job all in one place from start to finish.

Mailing

Pantone colour - we have a long history with book manufacturing providing covers for journals and periodicals where the pantone colours need to be consistent for each edition, our 6 colour press allows us to double hit the pantone if necessary to provide depth and intensity of colour.
